A result that looks wrong. If a number on our website does not match what PCSO or the local operator announced, tell us the date, the area, and the draw time. We will check it immediately and correct it as fast as we can.
A draw time or schedule question. If something about the STL schedule, or you are not sure which draw applies to your ticket, send us the details of your ticket with the area name and game printed on it. We will do our best to guide you in the right direction.
General feedback. If a page on our website was confusing, a important section was missing which something you needed, or you just think we got something wrong, we want to hear it. This website gets better because people tell us what is not working.
What we can’t help with
Important! we are not create this website to help with prizes claims directly, no providing any kind of result predications as well. We cannot verify a ticket’s authenticity. We also do not take bets, sell the tickets online, or operate any part of the STL game.
This website is created for the information purposes and providing the latest results directly from the PCSO website. Always use the Authorized PCSO outlet for ticket buying.
Before you write in about a result
A few things are worth checking first, since they answer most of the messages we get:
- Check the area on your ticket carefully. Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City and the Region 7 Visayas draw post different numbers. Mixing them up is the single most common reason a result looks “wrong”.
- Check the draw time has actually passed. If a slot still shows “Awaiting,” the draw has not yet happened or PCSO has not confirmed it.
